Series begins with the wonderful wines of Italy. This series will include everything you need to know about selecting and enjoying the perfect wine. Learn to use your sensory aspects such as taste, smell and what parts of the tongue that are affected by tannin’s.
Understand wine labels, ratings and what makes wines unique . Learn the impact of soils regions on the grapes and their harvest.
